One of the first art spaces in now super-trendy Chareonkrung, Soy Sauce Factory was recently revamped as a multi-functional space. The building is now home to a gallery, a design agency, a live music space and an occasional pop-up kitchen called Samrub for Thai, which is run by Nahm’s previous head chef.
