~26 February: Vinyasa Flow & Kru Pennee~
Take some time for just you and immerse yourself in our Vinyasa Flow class. Let loose and release the tensions from everyday life, focusing on aligning your body and mind. It is all about strength, stability and flexibility flowing through each position and exercise.
About Our Yoga Instructors:
Kru Pennee has more than 5 years of experience teaching yoga in small groups, big classes and private sessions. For her, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. So her classes combine both strength and mobility in a dynamic way.
Benjiyogi aka Kru Jah has years of experience teaching big classes and private sessions. This full-time office worker dedicated her extra-curricular hours to studying, practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga, Meditation Yoga and Yoga for Office Syndrome. For Kru Jah, yoga is the foundation of health and well-being; respect for the body and mind is her secret to living life happily.
