Pista ng Kapuluan ‘Archipelago Festival’ Photo Exhibition

Bangkok’s historic Chinatown welcomes the first-ever Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW) with From City to Sea — a youth-led, community-driven gathering hosted by ASAI Bangkok Chinatown, together with Love Frankie, National Geographic and the Just Transition Incubator (JUTI). Blending local food, culture, and storytelling, the program invites audiences to rediscover their connection with nature through exhibitions, dialogues, and workshops co-created by the Youth Atlas x Youthtopia collective of National Geographic Explorers.

At the heart of the program is Pista ng Kapuluan: Archipelago Festival, an immersive photo exhibition adapted for Bangkok. Featuring more than 250 images on cloth and bamboo, curated by Filipino youth from Indigenous and frontline communities, the installation takes visitors on a “ridge-to-reef” journey across mountains, rivers, and reefs — reimagining how youth voices can shape our shared climate future.
