Meet Our Collaborator: Miro Mattalia, Head Chef, Appia

Born in Turin, Chef Miro has more than 15 years cheffing experience, seven of which he spent in multi-Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Europe. Some of his credits include Hofmann Cooking School and El Racò de Can Fabes in Spain, Lausanne Palace in Switzerland and renowned dining destinations like Le Calandre and Rubano in Turin.
