Meet the creative couple behind the laid-back, authentic dishes, designed for casual hangs in good company.
Chefs Bo and Dylan both trained in Australia but met in London where they worked at Nahm. They relocated to Bangkok to open their first restaurant, Bo.Lan in 2008, which earned top spots among Asia’s 50 Best and a Michelin star. They loved the ceremony involved in fine dining but wanted to create food that was more accessible – the kind of Thai food they wanted to eat when they were drinking with mates. The original Err opened in 2012, was ranked among Bangkok’s Top Tables and 50 Best Discovery and awarded a Michelin plate. Bo was named Best Female Chef by Asia’s 50 Best and featured on the Netflix documentary Chef’s Table. She hosts the weekly television show “Eat Am Are” on Thai PBS, and she and Dylan just self-published their first cookbook, “Err.”
